Birthday Deals
Black Ball Ferry Line offers you free return fare between Victoria, British Columbia and Port Angeles, Washington on your birthday. This applies to walk on & passenger fare only. Passengers must provide id to prove date of birth. Tickets must be picked up and used on your actual birthday.
Yearly Passes
National Geographic Imax Victoria Yearly Pass: This is a great deal if you love to see IMAX movies. Pay $46 and see all the IMAX movies you want all year. Since regular admission is $10.50, the pass pays for itself after only 5 movies. Pay an extra $4 for Hollywood films. Your pass also gets you a 20% discount to go to the Royal BC Museum and some other discounts including 20% off companion IMAX tickets. Note: Pass is only sold between late November and January 31 of each year.
Butchart Gardens 12 Month Pass:: There are two types of 12 month pass to the Butchart Gardens:
* Regular $54 plus tax
* Fireworks (includes one fireworks show) $79.00 plus tax
Both passes grant you a 10% discount on restaurants, companion tickets, and the gift store as well as reduced rates on boat tours. Since adult admission ranges from $16 in the winter to $29 in the summer, the regular 12 month pass pays for itself typically in just two (non-winter) visits.
